Support - error detector

During of the applet initialization and its work Buddysoft Error Detector supervises all hot points. If show up a problem Buddysoft Error Detector will notify you immediately. Further more, Buddysoft Error Detector is going to give you enough information to fix the problem successfully.

The applet cannot find your configuration file. Make sure that the file is in the indicated folder and the file name is spelling correct. Be careful, the folder and file names are case-sensitive.

You have forgotten to add a value for the indicated parameter in your configuration file or you spell the parameter name incorrect.

Make sure that indicated URL is spelling correct. If indicated URL is equals of "null" the URL value has missed.

The applet cannot find this image. Make sure that an image file name and image file extension is spelling correct. Check if the image file is located in the right folder. Just uploading the .html document with the correct code will not work. You have to upload applet.jar, your configuration file and your image folder along with all images files in it into the server, too.

There is a problem with indicated charset. Make sure that this charset has supported and if yes spell it correct.
